You once tried to call me and the line was busy, but that was actually just me making busy signals with my mouth. It you would have called back I would have cooked you some pasta.
I am Sheesha, hailing from the beautiful land of Vancouver, Canada.
My main hobbies include writing, reading, drinking, computer art (usually in the form of pixel&vector), making fat jokes about Jesse Lacey, and applying makeup at weird hours of the morning.
Talking to writers
These aren't so much tips as rules. They're my pet peeves, or at least the ones which I run into most often in fanfiction (some of these are specific to slash). They go in order of importance. One is the least, and ten the most.
1. If you do not drink excessively, do not attempt to write characters who do.
2. Rule 1 also applies to drug use.
3. You must always use lube during anal sex scenes. I don't care if it's rape. If I were a man, and I were raping another man, I would take the time to say, "I'm about to force you into non-consensual intercourse, but sit still for a moment, so I can lube us. If you don't, we'll both really, really regret this."
4. Do not references bands, movies, or events that were not existant at the time the fic takes place.
5.Do not reference bands that the characters do not listen to.
6. When writing a highschool fic, set the fic when the characters were actually in highschool.
7. Take your characters' personalities into mind when coming up with plots.
8. Don't stick in a sex scene just because you can.
9. Do not take fics from other fandoms and just change names!
10. Write for yourself, not your readers.
